This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you visit becometheagency.com or purchase the Stack from Riverton Ventures Inc, a Texas corporation. We collect as little as possible and we never sell your data for money. We do run ads on platforms like X (Twitter) and Reddit, and — like most sites that advertise — we use their measurement pixels to see which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. Section 6 explains exactly what those pixels do and how to opt out.
1. What we collect
When you visit the site
- Analytics & advertising-measurement data via Google Analytics 4 and the X (Twitter) and Reddit advertising pixels. Page views, referrer, country, device type, and the actions you take on key pages (form submit, checkout, purchase). These tools set cookies and similar identifiers. See Section 6 for the full detail and your opt-out options.
- Standard server logs kept for a maximum of 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes (IP address, user agent, timestamp).
When you join the waitlist
- Email address only. Stored with our email provider (Loops, ConvertKit, or equivalent) until you unsubscribe or we close the waitlist.
When you purchase the Stack
- Email address, name, billing address, and country. Required for license issuance, receipt generation, and tax compliance.
- Payment data handled by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers; we receive only a transaction ID, last 4 digits, and country.
- License records linking your email to your purchased tier and download access. Retained as long as you hold an active license, plus 7 years for accounting compliance.
What we never collect
We do not collect or have access to:
- Your customer data (your Shopify orders, Klaviyo lists, Meta accounts, etc.)
- Your API keys, tokens, or third-party credentials
- Any usage telemetry from inside the Stack itself
- Behavioral profiles or demographic inferences that we build ourselves (the advertising platforms in Section 6 may do their own matching on their side)
The Stack runs entirely on your infrastructure, against your accounts, with your credentials. Nothing routes through us.
2. How we use what we collect
- Email: to deliver download links, license keys, important updates about the Stack, and (if you opted in) occasional product news. Unsubscribe anytime.
- Billing data: to process payment, issue receipts, comply with tax law, and prevent fraud.
- Analytics & advertising measurement: to understand which sections of the site convert, and to measure the performance of our ads on X and Reddit. When you submit a form or complete a purchase, we may pass a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email to these platforms so they can match the conversion to an ad. See Section 6.
3. Who we share data with
We share data only with vendors who help us run this service. Each vendor is contractually limited to the purpose listed:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Loops / ConvertKit / equivalent — transactional and waitlist email delivery.
- Vercel / Netlify / equivalent — website hosting.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — website analytics.
- X (Twitter) Ads and Reddit Ads — conversion measurement for our advertising campaigns, including a hashed version of your email for match purposes.
- Accounting providers — for tax compliance, when legally required.
Beyond the vendors and advertising platforms listed above, we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to data brokers. We never receive money in exchange for your personal information.
4. Data location
Riverton Ventures Inc is based in Texas, United States. Your data is stored and processed in the U.S. by us and our vendors.
5. California residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you.
- Right to delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations (e.g. tax records).
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Period.
- Right to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our use of the advertising pixels described in Section 6 may qualify as "sharing" under the CCPA. You can opt out by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, or by emailing us at the address below.
- Right to non-discrimination — exercising your CCPA rights will never affect the price, level, or quality of service you receive from us.

6. Cookies, pixels & advertising measurement
This website uses the following tracking technologies:
- Essential session storage — strictly necessary for the site to function (e.g. the checkout flow). Always on.
- Google Analytics 4 — sets cookies to measure traffic and which sections of the site convert.
- X (Twitter) and Reddit advertising pixels — set first- and third-party cookies and similar identifiers to measure the performance of our ad campaigns. When you submit a form or complete a purchase, we may pass a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email to these platforms so they can attribute the conversion to an ad ("advanced matching").
We do not display third-party ads on this site, and we do not use these tools to build our own behavioral profile of you. To opt out of the advertising and analytics pixels, you can enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, use your browser's cookie controls, or install the relevant platform opt-outs (e.g. Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on). Blocking these does not affect your ability to use or purchase the Stack.
7. Children
The Stack is sold to business operators. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted-at-rest storage with our vendors, and minimal data retention. No system is 100% secure. We will notify affected users without undue delay if a breach occurs.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to users with active licenses.
